Have you ever tried meat loaf with avocado filling? Probably not, and then you definitely missed a lot! A tender and juicy turkey is best suited for this recipe.
Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 500 g
- Breadcrumbs - 3 art.l.
- Nuts (chopped) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Lime juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the avocado with a fork until soft. Chop the garlic, chili and cilantro.
Add lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to the same place. Mix it up.
Unwrap the turkey, chop it off and put the stuffing on it. Roll up a tight roll.
Sprinkle the roll with a little more oil. Sprinkle it with a mixture of crackers and nuts.
Bake the turkey roll in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
