- Fig - 300 g
- Sea cocktail - 400 g
- Wine (dry white) – 100 ml
- Cream (20%) – 200 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Chicken broth - 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and fry until golden in butter.
Add the risotto rice and cook for another 4 minutes.
Pour in the wine and evaporate it, stirring. Then pour in a ladle of broth.
Continue to gradually add the broth as it boils.
After that, add the sea cocktail and cook the risotto for about 7 more minutes.
Pour in the cream and cook for another 5 minutes, add the grated parmesan, stir and remove the dish from the heat.
