For this casserole, I use fresh chicken fillet and twist it into minced meat on my own. After that, it remains only to cut potatoes, grate cheese – that's all the preparation. The rest of the slow cooker will do on its own.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 200 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the chicken through a meat grinder or finely chop it.
Chop the onion, cut the potatoes into medium pieces.
Mix everything together with cream and spices right in the bowl of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for 50 minutes in the "Baking" mode
