Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 500 g
- Asparagus - 400 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut off the hard part of the asparagus and put it in a mold in one row.
Arbitrarily slice the pink salmon and put it on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
