Young potatoes are baked quickly, so fish is baked with it. However, if you are still worried that it will not have time to prepare, weld it a little in advance. For this recipe, both pieces of fish and a whole catfish carcass are suitable, depending on its size and the size of your baking dish.

- Catfish - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Young potatoes - 400 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the catfish and make incisions on the sides. Put orange slices and rosemary in them.
Put the fish in a mold and spread small new potatoes around.
Sprinkle everything with spices and pour soy sauce and oil over it.
Bake the catfish with potatoes in the oven at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes under foil.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
