Don't know what to cook from cottage cheese? Bake a sweet casserole! Add vanilla sugar, a little sour cream and finely ground rice flour. The dish will be tender, delicious and very fragrant. When serving, add honey, berries or jam.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind with an immersion blender.

Add lightly beaten eggs, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and mix until smooth.

Sprinkle with rice flour and mix everything well again.

Grease the mold with butter, lay out the curd billet and cover with a double layer of foil.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Then carefully remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
