I love all kinds of spreads on sandwiches – very tasty and convenient. For example, here is such a mushroom. It also turns out to be satisfying – some advantages. The spread can be made immediately with a reserve and then simply used as needed.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 150 g
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil a hard-boiled egg and chop it finely.
Chop the mushrooms and onions very finely and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Rub the butter and melted cheese.
Mix everything together, season and, if desired, chop the spread with a blender.
