Ingredients
- Irga - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 250 ml
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the berries, rinse under running water and dry them slightly.
Cook the syrup: combine sugar and water in a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Put the berries in boiling syrup, bring to a boil and boil over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
A couple of minutes before cooking, enter citric acid, mix.
Pour boiling jam into prepared sterile jars, seal tightly, turn upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely. Store the workpiece in a cool, dark place.
