Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the squash from the skin and seeds and finely chop or grate.

Scald the citrus fruits with boiling water and grind in a blender with the peel.

Mix everything together, add sugar and bring the jam to a boil.

Cook it to the desired density on low heat for about an hour, stirring, and roll it into sterile jars.
