Ingredients
- Strawberries - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the berries, rinse and put them on a towel to dry.
Put the dried strawberries in a saucepan, cover with sugar and leave for 3-4 hours.
Put the pan on low heat and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the stove and cool.
Grind the mass with an immersion blender.
Put the pan back on the fire, pour in the lemon juice and boil for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Spread the hot jam in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
