Ingredients
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Zucchini - 200 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Greenery - 0.3 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate all the vegetables on a coarse grater and squeeze out the excess juice.
Chop the greens and add to the vegetables.
Send spices, eggs, flour to the same place and mix everything.
Spoon the draniki into a frying pan and fry over medium heat.
