Ingredients
- Sea bass (fillet) – 500 g
- Dijon mustard - 2 art.l.
- Capers - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the pieces of perch with spices and put them on foil.
Brush with Dijon mustard on top, sprinkle with capers and wrap.
