Ingredients
- Cranberries - 500 g
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cranberries and put them in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, add sugar and boil the syrup again.
Pour the cranberries again and roll up the compote.
