Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Sour cream (20%) – 200 g
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Brown Sugar (or substitute) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar into a foam.
Separately whisk the cottage cheese with sour cream and bananas.
Combine both masses, and whisk again.
Pour everything into the bowl of the slow cooker and cook for an hour in the "Baking" mode.
Without opening the lid, turn on the "Heating" mode for another half hour.
