Usually mascarpone is needed for an Italian dessert, but I offer you an interesting recipe with cottage cheese and heavy cream. It turns out no less delicious! It is better to cook tiramisu in advance so that it has time to soak well in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 250 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 350 ml
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Coffee (espresso) – 300 ml
- Amaretto Liqueur - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cocoa (for decoration) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Mix the cooled cream with powdered sugar and whisk for 3-4 minutes.
Add cottage cheese, vanilla and mix until smooth.
Mix coffee with liqueur and pour it into a wide bowl for convenience.
Smear the bottom of the mold with cream, lay out one layer of cookies and pour coffee from a spoon.
Add a thick layer of cream and put the cookies soaked in coffee again. Repeat the steps until the form is filled.
Sprinkle the cocoa dessert on top and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
