Cream cheese is a ready–made base for your favorite cheesecake. Minimum preparation, maximum taste, and what else do you need? This dessert is especially good with tea or black coffee. Do not forget to please yourself and your loved ones periodically!
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 120 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Cream cheese - 400 g
- Honey - 100 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Corn Starch - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind cookies in a blender, mix with melted butter and put the base in the mold.
Separate the whites and whisk until peaks form.
Whisk all the other ingredients until smooth and stir in the whites with a spatula.
Pour the mass onto the base of the cheesecake and wrap the mold with foil so that it does not leak.
Put it on a baking tray with water and bake the dessert for 70-80 minutes at 160 degrees.
Let the cheesecake cool in the slightly open oven, tighten with a film and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
