This banana-coconut cream is good because it can be served immediately or slightly frozen in the freezer – as you like. It goes well with flakes, chocolate chips, fresh berries and fragrant mint.
Ingredients
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Oat flakes - 6 art.l.
- Coconut chips - 6 tbsp.l .
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour coconut milk over the oat flakes for 10 minutes.
Peel the bananas and chop them in a blender with coconut shavings.
Mix both masses until smooth.
