Ingredients
- Barberry - 500 g
- Ground ginger - 1 art.l.
- Cinnamon - 3 sticks
- Brown Sugar - 100 g
- Carnation - 5 buds
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the barberry, add cinnamon and cloves, pour water and boil everything in the mixture until the berries are soft.
Grind the berries through a sieve, add sugar, ginger and spices to taste.
Boil the sauce over low heat to the desired thickness, stirring.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
