Cooking homemade pickled mushrooms is much easier than many people think. A minimum of time – and you no longer have to look for birch bark and other curiosities in stores. This time I will tell you how to prepare them with vinegar and without sterilization.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (podberezoviki) – 2 kg
  • Water - 1 l
  • Sugar - 40 g
  • Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Allspice - 4 peas
  • Black Pepper - 4 peas
  • Vinegar - 7 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort the mushrooms and boil for half an hour in boiling water. Rinse it out.

Separately boil a liter of water with all the spices.

Put the blueberries there and boil for another 15 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar and roll the mushrooms into jars scalded with boiling water.
