There are two classic variations of California rolls – with crab sticks or with salmon. This time I propose to focus on the latter. Serve this snack with soy sauce, pink pickled ginger and a slice of lemon.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 150 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Rice vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Salmon - 120 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Fish caviar - 4 tbsp.l.
- Nori - 2 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice in boiling water until tender, add sugar, salt and vinegar, and mix.
Cut the nori leaves in half, and cut the salmon, avocado and cucumber into cubes.
Put a layer of rice on the nori, sprinkle with caviar, gently press and turn the workpiece over.
From one edge of the nori, lay out all the stuffing and roll up tight rolls with a Japanese mat.
