Carp is not the most common fish on our tables, so I want to cook it more interesting. I suggest you try this recipe with honey glaze and almond flakes. This is a real find for a festive table when you want to surprise and impress guests. Be sure to try it on occasion!
Ingredients
- Carp - 1 piece
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Almond petals - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground ginger - 2 pinches
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carp and rub with spices.
Mix the butter with honey and grease the fish on top. Sprinkle with almond flakes.
Bake the carp in the oven on parchment for about 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
