Portioned meatballs in pots are one of my family's favorite dishes. They turn out not only delicious and tender, but also very beautiful. Such a feed looks much nicer and neater than an ordinary large saucepan or cauldron.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Fig (boiled) – 200 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Meat broth - 1 l
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the minced meat with rice, add spices and form small meatballs.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry until golden.
Add garlic, sour cream and tomato paste, and mix.
Separately lightly fry the meatballs on all sides.
Arrange vegetables, meatballs and vegetables again in pots. Pour in the broth and bake for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.
