Ingredients
- Pork - 2 kg
- Onion - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Mineral water (highly carbonated) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pork into small pieces, put it in a bowl and pour mineral water for 30 minutes.
Drain the water, squeeze the meat slightly.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Mix the meat, onion, spices, salt and mayonnaise. Cover the bowl with a lid and put it in a cool place for 8-10 hours.
Put the meat on skewers and fry over gray coals on the grill for 20-25 minutes.
