This casserole is interesting for its unusual texture. All the main ingredients are used for stuffing, so it is very convenient to cut it into pieces and even take it with you to work or on the road. And thanks to zucchini, rice and chicken will not be too dry.
Ingredients
- Fig - 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Zucchini - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 300 g
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender. Chop the fillets in a blender or using a meat grinder.
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the juice. Mix everything together and add spices, eggs and sour cream.
Put the mass into the mold, and put the tomato circles on it. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook the casserole in the oven for about 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
