Are you going to cook an omelet, and the milk is out? Don't rush to go to the store! You can cook the dish on the water. This recipe is often used in the diet menu. It is also recommended for people who suffer from lactose intolerance.

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
  • Water (warm) – 150 ml
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the eggs, dry them and break them into a bowl.

Add salt, ground pepper, water and beat lightly with a fork until smooth.

Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with oil, turn on the "Frying" mode and pour in the egg mixture.

Cook for 5 minutes, then gently flip and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
