As a filling for this roll, I use the most classic carrot roast. It turns out delicious, juicy and very original. You can take several pieces of meat at once – for example, breast fillet and thigh fillet, or just mix different types.
Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 600 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Leek - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the leeks, grate the carrots and fry until soft in olive oil.
Spread the turkey in one layer, chop and rub with spices.
Lay out the filling, roll up a tight roll and tie it with twine or tighten it into a special mesh.
Bake the turkey roll in the oven for about 45-50 minutes at 190 degrees.
