Risotto can be prepared with a wide variety of additives. For example, with champignons. This recipe has several advantages at once. Firstly, it is very tasty. Secondly, it is affordable and inexpensive. And finally, it's just easy to cook.
Ingredients
- Fig - 200 g
- Champignons - 250 g
- Chicken broth - 1 l
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Wine (dry white) – 50 ml
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the champignons into plates and fry in olive oil until the liquid evaporates.
Add half the butter, brown the mushrooms and set aside.
In the remaining butter, fry the onion and garlic until soft.
Add the rice and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Then pour in the wine and cook until it evaporates.
Gradually pour the broth over the ladle as it evaporates.
When the broth is over, add the mushrooms to the risotto.
Heat everything well together, add the grated parmesan and remove the dish from the heat.
