Do you like to cook in a slow cooker? Then there is a recipe for rice with pork and garlic for you. As always, everything is simple and very tasty. Choose pork from such parts as the neck, loin or the upper part of the ham. Garlic for convenience should be large.
Ingredients
- Steamed rice - 2 glasses
- Pork (collar) – 300 g
- Garlic - half a head
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 6 glasses
- Dill (for decoration) – 2 of the stem
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Peel the garlic from the husk and cut into plates. Chop the dill.
Pour half of the vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, turn on the "Frying" program.
Pour in the meat and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Pour in 2 cups of warm water, close the lid and cook for half an hour in the "Quenching" mode.
Open the lid and continue cooking on the "Frying" program until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Add the remaining oil, garlic, salt and ground pepper. Fry everything together for 5 minutes.
Pour in the washed rice, pour in warm water. Close the lid and turn on the Porridge program for 30 minutes.
Arrange the finished dish on plates and sprinkle with dill.
