An unusual version of your favorite dish. This time we will bake the chicken hearts kebab in the oven. To do this, you will need heat-resistant dishes of a suitable shape. On it, as on a barbecue, we will lay out our skewers with hearts.
Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 1 kg
- Soy sauce - 3 art.l.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Mineral water (highly carbonated) – 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare chicken hearts, put them in a bowl and pour mineral water for 20 minutes.
Drain the water, squeeze the hearts slightly.
Add soy sauce, honey, suneli hops and salt. Stir, cover tightly and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 15 minutes.
Clean the hearts from the remnants of the marinade and put them on skewers.
Lay out the blanks on a rectangular shape so that the edges of the skewers are on the sides, and the hearts hang freely. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
