This recipe will surely appeal to those for whom chicken cutlets are too dry and bland. Just a little bacon – and now the minced meat is already becoming juicier, fatter and more fragrant. I advise you to fry them in some simple breadcrumbs made of flour or semolina.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Semolina (or crackers) – 5 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the bacon and onion. Lightly fry until browned and send to minced meat.
Add the egg, spices and flour to the same place, and mix.
Form small cutlets, roll in semolina or breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in a frying pan over medium heat.
