Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the garlic, lemongrass, rosemary, chili and ginger, and fry for half a minute in oil.
Add the washed rice, fry for another minute and fill with water.
Bring to a boil and continue cooking porridge until the water evaporates.
Pour in coconut milk, add spices, mix everything and cook for another 10 minutes.
