Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into a small cube.
Mix water, sugar and lemon juice, and bring the syrup to a boil.
Dip the pumpkin in the syrup, bring to a boil again and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove the workpiece from the stove and let it cool completely.
Boil again for 5 minutes and let cool again.
Put the pumpkin cubes on the dryer tray and dry until ready.
Sprinkle them with powdered sugar to taste and arrange the dry jam in jars.
