This is a very hearty salad that will easily replace an everyday dinner or lunch. You will have to spend a little time cooking potatoes, but then everything is easier than ever. Ham and the rest of the ingredients are simply cut.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Green peas - 200 g
- Ham - 250 g
- Peking cabbage - 0.5 beam
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and let cool. Cut into medium cubes.
Arbitrarily chop ham and Peking cabbage, chop both types of onions.
If you use frozen peas, boil them for a couple of minutes.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
