Ingredients
- Veal - 200 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Quail eggs - 6-8 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Green peas - 5 tbsp.l.
- Cancerous necks (finished) – 12 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the veal until tender and finely chop.
In the same way, boil potatoes and carrots in a uniform, cool and chop.
Boil quail eggs for 4 minutes after boiling, and cut into slices.
Chop cucumbers into cubes, add peas to the salad and season it with mayonnaise.
At the end, add ready-made cancer necks to the olivier.
