Ingredients
- Mushrooms (eringi) – 400 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Celery - 2 of the stem
- Greenery (chopped) – 1 handful
- Sunflower seeds - 2 tbsp.l.
- Pumpkin seeds - 2 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 4 tsp.
- Olive oil - 4 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry on both sides until golden.
Cut cucumbers into circles, and cherry in half. Chop the onion, celery, chili and lettuce.
Put all the ingredients in bowls and sprinkle with spices and seeds.
Pour the salad bowl with a mixture of olive and sesame oils.
