Green beans are best for this recipe, but in general you can take beans or any other legumes. But I advise you to boil them in advance or buy canned ones. Then the cooking time of the salad depends only on the frying of mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Beans (beans or chickpeas) – 300 g
  • Mushrooms (chanterelles) – 300 g
  • Cilantro - 1 bundle
  • Garlic - 2 zuubchik
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Thoroughly rinse and peel the mushrooms, chop them as needed.

Fry over medium heat until tender. For chanterelles, this is 15-20 minutes.

Add beans, beans or chickpeas, chopped coriander and crushed garlic.

Season the salad and season with olive oil.
