If you haven't cooked classic pea soup in a slow cooker yet, today I'll tell you how to do it correctly. You will need any meat to taste, potatoes and a few other vegetables. And a little patience until the peas boil.

Soak the peas overnight and rinse.
Coarsely chop the meat, put it in the bowl of a slow cooker and add the peas there.
Fill everything with water and put it on the soup cooking mode for 90 minutes.
After an hour, add the coarsely chopped potatoes, and after another 10 minutes – carrots and onions.
5 minutes before the end of cooking, add spices and chopped dill.
