Pea soup-puree with potatoes and ham can be unconditionally called the most satisfying of all possible. Any peas will do, but I prefer to use dried ones. When serving, garnish the dish with herbs and a handful of the same boiled peas.

Boil the pork until tender and set aside for other dishes, it is no longer needed.
In the broth, put the peas soaked in advance for a couple of hours to cook.
After half an hour, add the sliced potatoes and cook until the ingredients are ready.
Grind everything with a blender, pour in the cream, season and boil the soup for another 3 minutes.
Fry the ham slices and add to the soup.
