- Smoked Meat - 350 g
- Peas - 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Ginger - 2 see
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Paprika (smoked) – 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas overnight in advance. Boil it until soft for about an hour.
Add the chopped smoked meat and cook for another 10 minutes.
Finely chop the carrots, onions and peppers, fry for a couple of minutes on high heat.
Add chopped chili, garlic and grated ginger. Fry for another minute and send the roast to the soup.
After 10 minutes, add all the spices. Boil the soup for another 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
