Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork and cut into small pieces.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Chop tomatoes, peeled potatoes, peppers and onions.
In a deep cauldron, fry the meat in oil until golden brown.
Add allspice, bay leaf, onion, carrot and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, bell pepper and continue to fry.
Add potatoes, hot water and cook for half an hour over low heat.
Add salt, pepper and turn off the heat. Cover the cauldron with a lid for 15-20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the sifted flour, eggs and salt. Knead the plastic dough and cover with a towel for 10 minutes.
Roll out a thin cake, cut the noodles, sprinkle with flour and mix. The noodles should dry out for 10 minutes.
Boil the homemade noodles in separate water, flip them into a colander and mix with butter.
Arrange noodles on plates, add soup with vegetables and meat.
