For this recipe, I advise you to choose yellow zucchini, so that the color is more interesting and homogeneous. Any hard cheese that melts well enough will do. Decorate the dish with a couple of leaves of greens when serving.

- Zucchini - 3 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable broth - 2 l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop onion, garlic and zucchini, and fill with water.
Bring to a boil and add both grated cheese and crackers.
Cook the soup until all the cheese melts.
Add spices and puree the soup with a blender.
