Kazakh dishes are always very hearty and rich. I especially like their soups. In the winter time of the year, when you want to eat thoroughly, there is no better option to find. I suggest you also cook an appetizing soup in Kazakh.
Ingredients
- Beef (fillet) – 400 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - half
- Dill - 2 twigs
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2 l
- Flour - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Water (warm) – 50 ml
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, cut into small pieces and boil for 10 minutes after boiling.
Change the water and continue to cook for another 1 hour.
Peel and slice potatoes, carrots and bell peppers.
Sift flour into a wide bowl, add warm water, egg, salt, butter and knead a soft dough.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside for 15 minutes.
Roll out a thin cake with a rolling pin and cut into small squares.
Pour potatoes, bell peppers and carrots into a saucepan with meat. Cook for 10 minutes.
Throw the dough pieces into the boiling soup and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salt, sprinkle with chopped dill and remove from heat.
