Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Millet - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Butter - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the chicken with water and put it to cook for 30-40 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, and fry in oil until the liquid evaporates.
Add millet to the boiling broth and cook for 5-7 minutes.
After that, add chopped carrots, peppers and mushrooms with onions.
Cook the soup for another 5 minutes, season to taste and remove from heat after 2-3 minutes.
