Peel the mango, bones and cut into small pieces.

Place the workpiece in the bowl of a blender and grind.

Scald the lemon with boiling water, cut in half and squeeze out the juice.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, transfer the mango mass. Add sugar and lemon juice.

Boil the workpiece over low heat for 10 minutes.

Puree with an immersion blender and heat over low heat for another 2 minutes.

Put the hot mashed potatoes in clean, dry jars and roll up.
