Apple jam is the most common among housewives. Apples grow in almost every garden and are inexpensive. But how to cook it without sterilizing the jars? The answer is in my recipe.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the apples well and cut them into slices. Be sure to remove the middle with the bones so that the jam does not become bitter.

Put the apples in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Cover the apples with sugar and leave for a few hours.

When the apples let the juice mix them well and put them on low heat.

Bring the jam to a boil and leave for half an hour. Repeat 5-6 times. The finished jam is poured into jars, rolled up and sent to a cool dark place.
