Have you ever tried to roll soups for the winter? Do you even know that this is possible? I want to share my favorite mushroom soup recipe. And at the same time, this is the answer to the question of what else can be done from a freshly harvested mushroom harvest, besides pickling them.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and shave the mushrooms. Add a third of the parsley and bay leaves.
Pour 2-2.5 liters of water, bring to a boil and boil for half an hour.
Randomly chop the remaining vegetables, herbs and garlic. Put the mushrooms in a colander and put everything in sterile jars. Add pepper.
Strain the mushroom broth, mix with sugar, salt and citric acid, boil again and pour the blanks.
Put the jars to sterilize in a pot of water for another half hour.
Roll them up for the winter.
