Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 3 kg
- Orange - 1 kg
- Lemon (medium) – 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash oranges and lemons with boiling water, peel and slice.
Put gooseberries and citrus fruits through a meat grinder.
Add sugar, stir and set aside for 1.5-2 hours.
Boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and leave under the lid for 1 hour.
Put the pan on the fire again and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Arrange the jam in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
