Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop half of the onion and fry in oil until golden.
Cut the second half arbitrarily and pour boiling water for a minute.
Peel the tomatoes. Chop in a blender with the second half of the onion.
Add salt and fried onions to this mass.
Boil the caviar for half an hour on low heat and put it in clean, dry jars.
Sterilize them for 15 minutes and roll them up.
