I call such rolls mosaic, because the filling inside really resembles a mosaic. The secret is that it's not meat that goes there, but minced meat, into which you need to add all the vegetables with spices. But the outer shell is an ordinary whole piece of pork.

Finely chop all the vegetables and rosemary, mix with minced meat and season.

Unwrap the pork in a layer, lay out the filling in a thick layer and wrap the roll.

Tie the roll with cooking twine and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 2.5 hours.
