This recipe never lets me down. Pork kebab on kefir is probably one of the simplest and most convenient options that I know. Milk products can be of any fat content. The main thing is that it is fresh and tasty.
Ingredients
- Pork (collar) – 2 kg
- Kefir - 400 ml
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut pork into small cubes and put it in a bowl.
Peel the onion and cut into thick rings.
Add spices, salt, onion and kefir to the bowl with meat. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Put the meat on the skewers, alternating with onion rings. Fry for 20-25 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes.
